Bathroom Remodel Debris Removal in Leesburg

Homeowner in Leesburg had just finished a bathroom remodel and the debris pile in the driveway was getting out of hand. Broken tile, ripped-out drywall, an old cast iron tub, a vanity, toilet, and a bunch of copper and PVC pipe scraps. It had been sitting there for about two weeks because the contractor’s “debris removal” never showed up.
We got a text with photos on a Monday and were there Tuesday morning. The cast iron tub was the heavy one — took two of us and a dolly to get it up into the truck. Everything else was straightforward. Shoveled the broken tile and drywall chunks into contractor bags, tossed the fixtures, and swept the driveway clean.
One load handled the whole thing. Dropped the cast iron and copper at a scrap yard and took the rest to the construction debris facility. Homeowner said the HOA had started sending notices about the pile, so the timing worked out.
The whole job took about two hours from pulling up to pulling out. Driveway looked like nothing ever happened. The homeowner mentioned they’re thinking about tearing out the old deck next — said they’d be texting us photos soon.
