Foreclosure Cleanout in Wildwood

A property management company reached out about a bank-owned house in Wildwood. Previous occupants had left pretty much everything behind — furniture in every room, a garage full of random stuff, and trash bags piled up in the kitchen and Florida room. The bank needed it cleared before they could send in a cleaning crew and get it listed. Classic foreclosure cleanout scenario.
We walked through the house first to get a count of what we were dealing with. Three bedrooms with bed frames, mattresses, and dressers. Living room had a couch, loveseat, entertainment center, and a big old tube TV. Kitchen had a table, chairs, and about fifteen bags of garbage. Garage had bikes, toolboxes, a broken lawn mower, and boxes of stuff that hadn’t been opened in years.
Took us most of the day. We pulled the furniture out first, then worked room by room bagging loose items and hauling everything to the truck. Made three full loads to the transfer station.
By 4pm the house was empty and swept out. Property manager said it was the fastest turnaround they’d had on a foreclosure cleanout.
